- The activation of vitamin D, for which the exposure to ultraviolet radiations is indispensable.
- Vitamin D in action, encourages the absorption of calcium in the intestine and its sediment in the bones;
- Vitamin D reduces the blood pressure and the heart beat, increasing however, the oxygen in the blood; it lowers the cholesterol in the blood, it strengthens your resistance to infections, your muscles and your tolerance to stress.
